Managed ChirpStack.
Ready in minutes.

ALPHi hosts and operates ChirpStack, the open source LoRaWAN network server. Sign up, create an instance in your chosen region, connect your gateways, and manage devices, applications and billing from one place; without building or maintaining an LNS yourself.

ChirpStack-as-a-Service

What We Do

ALPHi runs ChirpStack on shared, monitored clusters as a monthly subscription. Each instance is a fully isolated ChirpStack tenant with its own console, API and gateway ingress. Upgrades, TLS, backups and monitoring are handled for you, so your team can focus on gateways, devices and the data they produce.

    Your Own ChirpStack, Hosted

Create an instance and get a working ChirpStack tenant in your chosen region. Log in to the standard ChirpStack console, use the gRPC API, and connect gateways over Basic Station or Semtech UDP – everything you'd expect from a self-hosted install, minus the servers.

  • office-space

    Built for Reliability

Every cluster runs a pinned, tested ChirpStack release behind TLS, with a dedicated managed database, automated health checks and certificate renewal. Basic Station connections use mutual TLS with per-gateway certificates, so only your gateways can reach your network.

    Multi-Region, Multi-Band

Clusters are available in Europe and North America, serving EU868, US915 and AU915 out of the box. Choose the region closest to your deployment and keep your data where you need it.

  • Data dashboard

    Simple, Predictable Billing

One monthly price per instance with a device allowance included; extra devices are metered at a published per-device rate. Invoices are issued in your team's currency, VAT is handled correctly for UK and EU customers, and every billing action is recorded in your team's audit log.

Who's it For

Sensor integrators, systems integrators, smart-building and facilities teams, agritech and environmental monitoring projects, and product companies shipping LoRaWAN devices. If you already use ChirpStack, migration is straightforward: it’s the same software, the same console and the same API.

How It Works

From Sign-up to First Uplink

There's no sales process and nothing to install. Create a team, create an instance, point your gateways at it.

1. Create a team

Sign up, invite colleagues and assign roles. Owners, admins and viewers get exactly the access they need, and every instance and billing change is written to a team-scoped audit trail.

2. Create an instance

Pick a region and we place your ChirpStack tenant on a monitored shared cluster. You’ll have console, API and gateway endpoints within minutes, with instance-level start, stop and delete under your control.

3. Connect and run

Register gateways, add device profiles and applications, and integrate with your own systems over gRPC or MQTT. We keep the cluster patched, monitored and upgraded; you keep building.

Try Before You Commit

Your first instance runs on an evaluation period with no payment details required. Add a card when you're ready to keep it, or simply let it lapse. If you have questions about regions, migration from a self-hosted ChirpStack, or gateway setup, get in touch and we'll give you a straight answer.
